Lash base glue drying out in bottle

Can anyone give any tips on storage for lash base glue? I've just checked my bottle and nothing is coming out, tried to open the neck of the battle and it's stuck. I can't see any dried glue in the pourer so I don't know why it's dried up.

I don't do lashes that often so I'm wondering if that is the reason why?

Does anyone know the shelf life and how to store it so it doesn't dry out? X

I believe the shelf life is 6 months once opened. So I normally just write the date on the side of the bottle that I opened it. X
