Lash lift

I’ve got a customer that has lash lift every 4 weeks and every time I do her lashes they don’t curl up they seem to curl straight. I’ve used both m and s shields and still dose it. Also on her left eye one off her lashes keep bending and no matter how straight I glue it to the shield it still come out bent.
Could it be she having lash lift to much ?

At my training we were told absolutely no closer together than 6-8 weeks, what did your training say.
