LCBT vs London School of Make up and Beauty?

Hi ,

I am starting a new career in Beauty at the ripe old age of 31 and I would like some advice as to where to retrain. I am looking at doing NVQ 2 and 3 at either The London College of Beauty Therapy or The London School of Make up and Beauty. I would really be grateful if any current or former students could let me know what they think of either of these colleges.

I work for LCBT and as noone else seems to have got back to yet I thought I would! Firstly i wanted to say that I think it is great that you are entering the beauty industry now... it's never too late!

Have you attended an LCBT open day yet? They can tell you all you need to know about the NVQ courses as well as start dates for our courses and what you would be entitled to pay for fees.

The great thing is that you dont have to wait till September as we have monthly enrolment dates. The best number to call to get booked on to an open day is 020 7208 1300, and they will also be able to answer any other more specific questions you have this stage.

Wherever you decide to study I really hope you enjoy your courses and the whole industry!
