Hay peeps.
Well what a nightmare i am having. Im totally torn. i love the products and spent out a fare bit. BUT. There customer service is a total disgrace to the point i am now seriously considering abandoning ship
I have had a few little hic ups with the pots leaking ( excessive, to the point of not even doing a set of nails and was left with 1/3rd of product, all the rest had leaked out) i thought they would just send out another and put it down to a bad seal ( none of the others done it) but no i had to wait 2 weeks for them to mess me around saying they had emailed the usa head office blah blah blah an were waiting for a reply and suggest i do the same, Or for me to call the USA wow thats service for you .. So i called the USA, to find they had not even emailed at all. after my 4th phone call they agreed to send me out another pot and i put in another order.
Order came 2 days ago. pot that was not even open had leaked everywhere and they had sent me the wrong colour in another pot. so tearing my hair out and email them again sending a pic of the yet again leaking pot. I received an email back a day later saying simply. take it up with the USA , grrrrrrrrrr not even a mention of the fact one of my colours was completely wrong. So i called them to be told we are too bust right now to deal with you someone will call you back 2moro. "moro comes and no call back. so i call again. too busy will call you back !!!! . no call... i call again.... they have left the office I cant help you seriously what are these people playing at. I have now got to let down a client because someone cant do there job correctly and make no apology for it .
Ok so with that what would you do....... ?????? i am considering moving over to akzentz
