I will be setting up a nail / beauty / tanning salon this summer in the Leeds / York area. Due to my personal life I am currently spending amounts of time overseas therefore I will be looking to take on somebody to act as a day to day manager. As this is a business still in its very infant stage I will need to take on somebody who is among other things, flexible and driven to make the business work.
I am incredibly driven and have worked in many industry sectors and have been lucky enough to have success in each of them.
In return for the right person I am happy to offer a bonus system and or a profit sharing scheme on top of salary.
The ideal person would be somebody who is a qualified nail technician or beauty therapist, who has the ambition to make a new business succeed, but has for whatever reason been unable or unwilling to take on a project single handed. Anybody who would like to see a project from its setup stage, right through to hopefully it becoming a success.
