Level 3 & microdermabrasion help

Hi all
Ive done my level 3 beauty and the salon owner wants me to carry out microdermabrasion.

however, i didnt cover this at college and the salon owner wants me to be trained by a therapist who works with me ( she has been trained with the leading MDA brand, at the salon ) to train me to carry out these treatments.

i think the salon owner wants to cut down costs instead of forking out for more training costs.

can the salon do this even though i would be doing these treatmenets without the certificate? or does my level 3 count?

My salon Use SkinBase MD and all therapists were trained in salon by SkinBase, but we also have a DVD of the training should we have new therapists start with us that require training so in effect we can cascade the training

Hi

I use the Skinbase Microderm machine and I am qualified to Level 3, this means that you have trained in electrical treatments. As long as you get training from the provider and they give you a certificate all should be good!
