Hi, I have done a course in acrylic nails and iam using star nail products i dont think there the best but all i can afford at the moment, One problem that i have is that when i do zone 1 i find it hard to make zone 2 the same level if you understand. its like when ive finished ive got a big ridge where zone one has finished. I think maybe iam doing zone 1 too thick?? can someone give me some advise please any appriecated

Zone 2 should not be level with zone 1.
It should be thicker and then taper off to the eponychium.
From side view you should see a nice gentle curve from z1 getting higher at z2 and then sloping down into z3.

If you are meaning that you get a big ridge where z2 begins then you are using too much product here. Use a smaller bead and press back before you pull forward into z1.
