Yes you do hun
a driving licence :lol::lol::lol:

that is the only licence that you need, that and your qualifications and insurance hth

you need qualifications and insurance not sure what you mean by lience though!!!

Ha ha ha ha lol i love that 1-phew thats one thing less to worry about then,didnt no if u had to apply for a special something other than insurance!! WEE HEEEEEEEE Im sooooo EXXXIIIITTTEEEDDDDDDDD to start making my own hard earned cash doin something I luuurrvvee!!!! Thanx geeks.
I also notice alot of you do nails aswell ive tried going on CND website but cant find out anything about acrylic courses running and prices? Can anyone point me in the right direction-Gemma from tantrick mentioned a lady called Wendy but wanted to have a peek on site 1st xxx

You are best to give them a call hun on 0845 210 6060 and they will give you all the info that you need and send out the training brochure to you, all the staff are really nice at cnd sweet squared.

when you apply for your insurance make sure you tell them that you will be working mobile as it is a different policy to salon based working,

also you will need to inform for your car insurance providers that you will be working mobile and transporting your equipment so that all your stock is covered too while in the car,
if you pop into a shop while it is all in the car and someone breaks into it and steals anything you will them be covered
or god forbid you have an accident with your equipment in the car and any of it gets damaged you want it all covered by insurance hth :hug:

You are all really helpful thanx alot,I just worry about sounding like a total plum on the telephone lol! You see Im working with a company at the moment who help people in my area to set up businesses (for free) and Im trying to get as many grants and as much funding for training as poss so would probably ask a hundred and 1 questions! I wouldnt have thought of that 1 about my car insurance either so thanx for the tip. Do you no if I need to have any basics like man&ped before I can train with CND-I no some places require that first? xx

You can do the foundation with creative without a basic Mani and Pedi qualification as it covers most of what you would learn when they teach you the prep routine hth :hug:
good luck with getting some grants, i went through business link after been unemployed for 7 yrs and never got a penny out of them :rolleyes:

Great I dont want to sound like Im not willing to put the effort in its just that most of the basic man&ped courses here are a YEAR long! Im working with some great 'enterprise champions' as theyre called. Sorry you werent helped out a little more hun its not fair :( Where I live Tyne and Wear, there are so many things available to help me and so much funding to snatch that Im trying to blag as much as I can,some of it works-you get x amount and we'll match it...or get training we'll pay half sort of thing.Im even doing business courses in finance,networking and market research for free so its really opened my eyes.
It really is a great place to be for business at the moment xx
Oh-got a quote for car ins 2-couldnt believe how cheap it is!! Ive been paying 78 a mth for my lil shed and its only 70 for business fully comp!!!! Im looking into changing my basic one now so that was a tip n a half that paid off! CHEERS x:green:
