If anyone sees something like this come in the mail ignore it it is a scam!!!
Read the notice on the bottom of the page...
I got this in the mail & I freaked out because I did not read it all the way through & I called the Board of Barbering & Cosmetology & they said this is not a legit document & they don't know how these people are getting away with it.
