Hi wonder if anyone can give a lil bit of advice.

Switched brands a few months ago to XP100 been using 9.02 with 20 vol developer and little bit of clynol crystal shot mixed with 10 vol which gave us a decent blonde shade but wanted to go lighter so used the 10.02 with 20 vol and the same tone shot but it hasnt gone any different should i use a stronger peroxide?

Any advice would be appreciated.

I've been taught that tint doesn't lighten tint so putting a 10 over a 9 won't show any difference.

Also, a few people I have spoken to think the XP range of colours aren't that great for results. I'd also steer clear of NXT. We use it in the salon I'm in and I don't think any of us actually like the results we get, anything with red in it comes out a bit purpley. The base shades are all really warm as well.
