Looking for advice on creating a menu

Hi all, I want to create a new menu that is informiative and simple. I find that many people dont know the difference between a french manicure and pink and whites, etc. I would also like to entice them with descriptive wording into getting spa manicures and pedicures and trying our different services. Can anyone help me find some good examples to kick start this project. I have writers block.
