Hey, does anyone else use this? Ive had it in the salon for years, anyway they re-launched it a couple of months ago and now its horrible, u cant rinse it out, hair feels tacky when blowdrying, no where near as soft and penetrating as it use to be, smells different its just crap! Is anyone else finding this? x

Why do companies do this? Drives me nuts.

Am using the pureology masks in salon and am really happy with them.

to me it feels better, hair feels a lot stronger, have noticed does tend to go a little greasy at roots though
