Loreal colours

Hi guys,
I know nothing about L'oreal colours and I am doing my friends mums hair in a couple of weeks,she has always gone to the same salon which use Loreal colours,am I right in thinking there is a L'oreal type that is especially for grey hair?so no need to put base in with it?
She wants me to stick with L'oreal and I am happy to do so,just wondering what the name of this colour is that covers grey?
Also she has I'd say 90% grey.

I'm not familiar with L'oreal. However, a friend of mine asked me to do her highlights a few days ago. She always uses the same shade in Marjiblond but found it wasnt covering her grey very well so she has now moved on to L'oreal Supreme. It is designed to cover 80% - 100% white.
