Losing Diploma Certificates??

Hi there

I wonder if anyone can help me please...

Does anyone know where I stand when losing/misplacing nail/beauty Diploma Certificates??

I paid for some courses fair & sqaure back in 1999/2000 and the person I did the course(s) with is saying that she has no record of it as it was such a long time ago and by law she only has to keep the information for 5 years, I thought this was for accounts for your business not information/passes on Diploma Certificates...

Can anyone help me please understand.:cry:

Do you know which company accredited the courses,
if so you could contact them and ask how long the trainers have to keep the info for,
i would have kept your info so i could let you know about any new courses that were been offered in the future but everyone works differently hth

I have done this & they dont no i have gone to trading standards to see if they can help me out on this matter....fingers crossed
