Luxury manicure question

Hi, I dont get many requests for luxury manicures but I did one the other day, the client didn't want a polish but just wanted to give her hands/arms some tlc. When it come to exfoliating the hand/lower arm and rinsing the arm over a bowl it felt really awkward and I don't think it looked very professional. What can I use for this?xx

I use a hot towel cabin and just put some wet mitts in there beforehand, use this to take off the exfoliator

I don't have a towel cabin but I run mitts under hot water to remove product
