Has anyone ordered from their US site recently?
I've just found them and wanted to try their builder gel so order from them, their delivery says it will be shipped within 3-5 days but it's been 10 days since I placed my order and I've had no confirmation its been shipped or a tracking number for it. I've tried emailing them but no response.
Can anyone tell me if this is normal and how long they roughly take to come? I've ordered them mainly for a clients wedding on 9th June which i thought would get here in plenty of time but panicking now as the website says it can take upto 20 working days after despatch to arrive.

I've used them before, but probably not for a year or so. It came pretty quick considering it came from the States. There's a FB Madam Glam group, you could try posting in there to see if there are any issues with deliveries to the UK
