I've been looking at the manicure/pedicure courses with Capital Hair & Beauty but I'm not sure if they are good enough to enable you to get insurance. Would, for example, Professional Beauty Direct cover a certificate with them as I'm with them for acrylics.

I done a Gellux course through capital and I am insured by the beauty guild xx

I'm insured with Holistic Insurance, and in order to let me do any beauty courses, they have to be VTCT, City and Guilds or ITEC accredited. And can't be courses that are too short or online. I have finally found a course for mani and pedi which they will cover. So it is always best to check with the insurer whether they will cover a particular course. Send them a link via email if the course is online so they can check. Then you know that straight after the course that you can get insurance.
