Matrix ULP

Ok I've never used this. I have lightned hair to a level 7(yellow/orange). Can I use ulp to continue to lift and tone in one step, after bleach? I can't find the base colors for this? Any help on it appreciated . Thanks should I use ula instead?

Ulp is a highlift blonde with a pearl reflect.yes it will lift and tone.but wether its the right one for the job will depend on desired outcome
