Men with thick hair

How often should men with thick hair wash and condition their hair? What's a good styling product for medium thick hair(for men)?

It's all down to the individual...mine is very thin but very light so I use violet shampoo every day to keep it icy...but only condition once a week as it weighs my hair down and makes it greasy.

If you dont use product, once every few days should be fine but if you use styling stuff (gel, wax, clay etc) you might find you get product build up and need to wash it more.

Styling product wise it depends what look you're trying to achieve.
