Metal 3d bows

Hey geeks!
I've been putting on plastic 3d bows for a while now and I never have a problem with them... They say on for weeks! I place them on using a bead of acrylic. I've just added diamanté metal bows to my collection and they've fallen off. I'm guessing it's the weight of them? Does anyone have any tips for the metal ones?

Maybe some nail glue might help? I've heard a lot of people use that

I use resin or glue to attach mine
