Microblading in Australia training?

Hi! I've been in touch with a trainer who i think does a great job but she said she can only give out a certificate in attendace. I'm a little confused here whether i should take a gov. Accredited course to do it legally in Aus. I had a 6 week course in cosmetic tattoo in Korea where i am originally from and i have a good understanding in tattooing in depth but that wouldn't be recognised in this country. Does anyone know if i can legally perform on clients after a training with this aus trainer?
