Hi guys....i'm hoping you can help me

I am currently at college doing my Holistic therapies level 3 as I did not get onto the level 3 Beauty (mainstream route) which covered both microdermabrasion and body and face electricals which is something i really wanted to get quals in.

I'm at college and working part time but I will going back to work full time next year and will not be in a position to do a full time course. What I wanted to know was is there any way of getting these qualifications without doing a full time course.

I am not looking to cut corners but just want to see what my options are.

Thanks in advance xx

Hi,
As far as Microdermabrasion is concerned, you should get training from whichever company you decide to go with for you equipment.
i.e. if you get a Carlton machine, carlton will train you for free. I know that Skinmate ( I think thats the one) was doing an offer earlier this year for a machine + training then you got to keep the machine and all the products required to do treatments for 3 months before deciding whether to have it and start paying for it. If you weren't happy then you sent it back and nothing was payable.
I think there are companies (again Carlton for one) that sell the body electrical equipment with training.

Microdermabrasion wasn't offered on my Level 3 course ( body electricals was) so I personally, purchased my Microdermabrasion machine then contacted an independant company for the one to one training.
Hope you find what you are looking for
Regards

Heather

Yeh you can for sure get training on microdermabrasion through the company you decide to buy your machine from. I got my training from naturalaser. This was included when I purchased their diamond peel system which i feel is much better than crystal based methods and worth taking a look into.

:) xx
