hay there. been using milleniumn nails products for a while now but have just come across a prob.. the powder doesnt seem to be setting right! i have left it for 5 mins and it still doesnt feel right. youcan buff it but it feel likes it clogs the file. has anyone had this problem...??? also i am thinking of moving companies , where do i start? x
