I had a bit of a disaster on my first mobile outing! I had been asked to do my bosses eek and her daughters manicures, and they were having the whole hog...i mean paraffin wax, massage, exfoliate etc. Anyway, we got to their house at around 6pm and i didnt leave until 10:40!

Here is the problem, unless you are careful you get caught up in their family life and it took me 1.45 hours to do a manicure when i know full well i knock them out in an 1.10 normally for a full blown luxury manicure! So make sure you are able to just get your head down and work, normal manicure should be 45mins.

I would charge about £16-18 for a standard mani but some areas vary.

I am salon based and we charge:

manicure £19 -45 mins
luxury manicure £25- 1 hour
pedicure £22- 45mins-1 hour
luxury pedicure £27.50- 1 hour 15 mins

shape and polish £10
nail art is charged extra
