Mobile therapist taking group bookings

Hi! I am currently in the process of setting up a mobile beauty therapy business (primarily nails) with another therapist and I wondered if anyone had any advice about taking group bookings? We are aiming at providing services in offices and for coffee mornings/parties. A friend of mine works in an office and gets her nails done there - the therapists use a booking sheet that is sent out before they turn up and filled in by the employees themselves but I can imagine this would be confusing if bookings varied in length?

If anyone has any other advice about starting up as a mobile therapist doing treatments for groups that would be appreciated too thanks! x
