Mobile to garden

Hii all. So i have always been a mobile nail tech before all of this happened. Now im thinking about working from my garden. i would just like to ask if anyone knows what i need....such as shed size and insulation, water and electric, insurance and the green light for being able to do it. I have been looking at the thread on here about peoples space for some ideas.
