Moyou stamps

I have been looking into Moyou stamps. Can you use them with IBD Gel polish.

Example, can you do ibd gel polish as normal and then before applying gel top coat do you stamp and then apply top coat? or can you only use it with normal polish. ?

I apply top coat and then stamp then top coat again. I use CND Vinylux for stamping, not gel polish...you need thick but not too thick. You want to be able to get the detail.
