I thought I would post my first critique on my 1st application of PopIts using white Performance tips. I have included apex placement in the rate section, but I am not sure if it applies to PopIts.

It took me a little while to do (approx 1.5 hrs) as I was all fingers and thumbs I now know to do one hand at a time, be much easier. On a client I reckon I could do these well under an hour.

I have noticed some very tiny air bubbles on some of my nails and on my right hand 2 nails have air pockets this is why I need to do one hand at atime, the PopIt sprung up and I didnt manage to place it back on the nail quickly enough.

I am very impressed though with PopIts :)

Thanks in advance

Hi hun,
I think the angle of the pics make it a little hard to reeeealllyyy see the nails,
They do look good from what I can see, but to give a really good critique

Thanks for looking emma, it was a bit of a struggle trying to manouver/steady my camera with one hand, hehe.

What angles are best to us to show on here for a critique? I have noticed people do photos going down the barrel and the apex.

I'll do some new photos tommorow.

They look really natural. Good job! Aren't PopIts fun? :)

I think I'm in love with PopIts, I can see how commercially viable they are :) When I start working again I am definately going to promote them. However, I love the traditional method and this will always be my favoured technique.

As an added bonus, because I just cannot do my right hand, I can finally have my own nails looking as I want them to look! It will be interesting to see if I have any lifting, I did do the Nail Fresh sandwich to help prevent it. Before I trained as a tech and had my nails done I always got lifting within 2 days. So far there are no signs of any lifting!
