Nail art/design for wide nails?

Hi girls,
I have a regular acrylic client who has quite large 'mannish' (her words) looking hands and wide nails, she is quite self conscious about them and I try to use dark colours to make the nails look slimmer and more feminine but I'm a bit stuck on what else to do. Does anyone have any art or design ideas that are slimming and feminine?

Maybe some strips or the use of striping tape may help to elongate her natural shape, or perhaps A "longer"stamping plate design going up the edge of her nail, if you use them that is x

What shape are her nails ?

I find round or almond shape nails make hands look more feminine if you haven't already done so x
