Nail art design pad

Hi All,
I recently went to the Excel Beauty show in London and came across this paper (writing) pad that had an out line of a pair of hands on it. I believe this was so you could jot down the different nail designs your client wants on each finger, should the design be different on each nail. Now at the time I and my friend had a giggle at them! but now I wish I bought some and have found myself having to hand draw the little hands on scrap paper myself lol.

Has anyone else seen these and do you know where I can get my hands on some??...
