Nail files and buffers

Hi

Which files do you all use for natural nail and also for extensions.?? Which buffers do you recommend that won't ruin the nail plate??

Also when you file and shine you extensions at the end, what file do you use or recommend??

Nothing lower than 240 grit on natural nails, no buffer ruins nails, bad techs practising bad techniques ruin nails.

You need to work your way through the grits for final finishing, was this not covered in your training?
