Nail HELP please

help please.. iv got a lump on my thumb nail its recently come up and has also raised slightly one side of the nail its near the the cutical,
it is higher than the cutical leveland half the nail looks very thick and bolky looking... with this point situated in the middle of the nail

i have done a beauty course and know this isnot right, but i couldnt tell what it is,

can any one help please im really worried

At the best of times, nail technicians are not allowed to diagnose nail abnormalities ... we have no licence to do that even when we know what the problem is. It is doubly difficult when we are not able to see the condition you are describing.

Best advice I can give you is to make an appointment to see a podiatrist or skin specialist and get it diagnosed by an expert in these matters.

Nail technicians do nails we don't treat nail disorders .. I'm sorry not to be able to help you any further. :hug:
