Nail lifted-what to do?

Hi guys I have client who I have treated twice with IBX, her two ringers have pitting and in the last couple of years lift a little randomly.

I did her nails Wednesday just gone and her nail was lifting slightly but nothing major, it's now Saturday a and she has sent me a picture saying her nail has lifted loads!!

She says it's really sore at times and is scared of catching it and ripping it, is there anything I can do for her?

Id file it down a far as possible and suggest a trip to the docs

She's gone to docs making sure it's not fungal/bacteria and hrs said no it's fine x

I would not apply anymore treatments to this nail until it has healed.

She can keep a plaster or bandage on it to stop it from catching.
