Nail stations

Please could any one help me, I am looking for a new nail station with a filter, and was wondering if any one has any advice on what is good, what is not, and what sort of price am I looking at. What I have seen so far seems to be around £300 plus, but I was wondering if there was anything cheaper.

You can buy clip on extraction units... don't know much about them though, I'm afraid.
