Hello,

With xmas vast approaching I am considering getting a nail technician in to help out for the busy period and just wondered whats the best way to do it - renting a chair on a temporary basis or employing someone temporarily with a view to extending depending on period after xmas - i mean its difficult to committ when t gets quiet after xmas but wondered what you guys have any thoughts on xxx

Hello. sounds good to me. Would u consider the idea of getting a newly qualified with little experience to help . Works for both.

I would employ them. If it's your busy period, why would you just want a flat rent?
