Natural nails curling in?

Hi all just after a bit of advise. A few of my customers whose nails are naturally long and have gellux on them. Iv noticed when they come in for a soak off and redo. I'm soaking them in acetone and the nails are starting to curl inwards. Has anyone else had this problem? It doesn't happen to shorter nails just the longer ones ? Thanks all
