Neck issues best desk/equipment for posture

hi everyone so I've been full time in my little salon for a year but part time beauty and massage for nearly 9 years, it's taken its toll and now I have quite moderate to severe pain in my neck I have seen an osteopath and acupuncturist who are working on it but ultimately its down to posture, obviously doing nails means I'm bending my neck and hunching shoulders which is causing the issue so what are your particular setups and ways you have helped yourself with seating and desks etc.

I'd like to see other peoples therapist chairs for nails and reflexology if possible or things that have worked for you
