Need a good nail tech in New Orleans

I have been searching for a good nail salon in New Orleans that does "true" gel nails. Everyone seems to offer regular nails with a gel overlay and they all use drills. Does anyone know of a good salon in the New Orleans area?:cry:

I am still in search of a good nail tech in New Orleans. I have not been able to find anyone who doesn't use a drill.
