Need help....again lol

Please could someone help me.... I'm a mobile beauty therapist and have just received my new Hive roller waxing / paraffin waxing starter kit, thinking there would at least be a dvd included.... I don't start my course for another month but would like to get the hang of it... Hive are sending me a dvd for the paraffin but not the waxing.... would someone be kind enough to give me the basics of roller waxing and the type of waxes to use, they have included....
Warm wax, green tea wax, lavender wax

Any help would be great xxx
