i was working inn a nails and beauty salon for 7 years and had the opportunity to buy and i did this was July 07 and I'm am find it hard as i was just carrying on as an employee now i know i need to be a boss and get my salon back to its old self what can i do to rebuild my client status and boost my staff which were my work mates ?
