When you say it has died, is it broken or just needs new bulbs? If the latter then S2 still sell the bulbs but as Jersey Jock said, they don't sell the lamp any more.
The bit where there the cable attaches has been pushed through. I didn't know they stopped selling it. I remember people having teething troubles when they switched to led but I guess people are happy with it?
My first led lamp was problematic, I bought it the first week it came out. But when it died S2 replaced it without quibble and my second one has been problem free. I do still have two CND uv lamps that I use for pedis but that is just my choice not a design issue.
