New Climazone, help

I really need help with my new climazone, I haven't used one in ages, so I forgot timings, I will only use it for colouring (semi and permanent).
How long should a permanent colour "cook" for? and at what temperature?
Any help....will help a great deal! Many thanks!

koleston its 25 minutes and colour touch its 15-20, and bleach well i just on the eye
