I am having major difficulty finding a new fully qualified stylist to work in my salon. I do self employed rates, brilliant little salon with excellent walk in clients. Currently 2 part time and myself full time although health is a concern and 2 junior hairdressers. I'm at my wits end about where to find more stylists? Any suggestions? Or does anyone want to relocate to the most beautiful island in the UK?
