Urgently need advise please! I'm new here, and new in the biz. Currently live in West Africa.
My friend and I are opening new hair and beauty salon soon, in the process of getting the suppliers sorted. I'm a beauty therapist myself.
I have a small room with 2 chairs, and 1 hair stylist to start with. The stylist herself will arrive only in a month, but i have to orginize everything for the salon to be ready to open. Just contacted the supplier for my hair products and they asked me for some info in order to eveluate me as a client which I have difficulty to get. The question is: how much hair product turnover I expect in 1 month, how do I estimate this?
