I hope someone can help me. I’ve had a nightmare of customer back in July 2020… I had patches tested her said I broke her hair and I haven’t now got those letter
 
I’ve just received a letter from a no win no fee case saying that I didn’t patch test… said her hair was damaged in other letters. But she couldn’t upload any photos on this letter they’ve sent. It’s ridiculous
 
You need to contact and take the advice of your professional insurance body. Collect all the records & information you have on the client / treatment ready to give your insurance company. They will advise you on how to proceed.
