No Lift Nail Primer Question

Does anyone else have a problem with this primer developing air bubbles after a two week period?

I have just started using it and like the cuticle area not lifting however I have a problem with air pockets and discolorization around the sidewalls. I used to use all OPI products but still had occasional lifting. Any thoughts from anyone else?

I bought some OPI a few weeks ago to give it a try and have found the same problem. I'm interested to find out why too!!!
