Neither of my local stores have any professional offers flyers never mind the actual offers (in stock) for November. Customers all recieved Nov deals flyers in the post at end of October. I'm had to leave Salon services my flyer so they knew what the deals for this month were :eek:

Anyone else have a similar experience?
