NSI tech colour help please

Hi I was wondering if any one could help ! I got a new plum tech colour and used for the first time to night but when placed on the the bead went gloppy and ( clot like) iv used tech colours before and never experienced any problems can any one please help with what's gone
wrong ? Thnx

if you have used these before my opinion would be it most likely isnt something you have done so maybe called nsi themselves? Let us know how you get on

I agree, I use the tech colours and I can't say I've ever come across this happening, you'd be wise to give them a quick ring xx
