NSS - this is a long one!

Well i dont know who or why that who closed down my thread...but i will post here as i didnt get the opportunity to before!...........I would like to say to those of you who disagree with what i did that i really didnt post that thread to get shot down no...i felt i wanted to chat to you guys about it as i know that you all understand what i am talking about rather than chatting about it with a friend who wouldnt have much of a clue!

You are all entitled to your opinion and i totally understand what you are saying and why and you may think im a bad tech but to be honest it may sound odd...but after today i feel like a much better one..........why?.........because when im preaching to my friends and other people about why they shouldnt go to one of these nail bars......i know in preaching from experience as well as knowledge....not just the knowledge....it will help ME to explain the things that go on much better....yes i have been to a nail bar before but like i say..i didnt know then what i know now so alot of the things i noticed today i would never have noticed then...

I heard what you were trying to say, I just don't understand in my own head why you would go still. You are educated to know whats right and will have read plenty enough in Geekdom to know why they are not the place to have your nails done. It's great that you sat there and could see all that was wrong that you didn't before but you also put yourself at risk of damaged nails, of having unsanitised implements and files used on you and all that can go with that.

I'd rather have done my own nails in your situation if I couldn't get an appointment no matter how badly I thought I might do them. :hug:

And without wishing to appear rude, this thread will get the same responses as the last one and be closed by a mod again...... If you choose to have your nails butchered and pay money for it, then that is your lookout. As someone who frequents this site I wouldn't have thought there was anything more to learn about an NSS by actually going to one personally.......

I closed the thread a posted the link to the Blog it thread.

IMO the original post should have been a blog as it was not asking a question or giving any form of application information.

I dont think this sort of thread will go any way other than the way the original one went.

If you dont mind I will close this one as well and if you wish to carry this on with your thoughts then I suggest you put it in a blog.
