Thanks but I didn't make it clear I'm opening a laser clinic in reading and need some one to perform Botox on our clients.

Ah ok perfect thank you. I've just realised my thread has been moved to recruitment which will clear up any confusion.

I really appreciate your help. Can I ask you what do you think about conflict of interest if anything. I was thinking maybe Jenny is a little close to home already working in the area. Maybe Karen is a better bet for us?

A satellite clinic is where a therapist/nurse/specialist performs treatments at a location away from their main location.
As far as splits are concerned I can't help you. I take no commission or referral fee from Jenny because I want to remain completely unbiased and I couldn't do that if I got paid by her. I just wanted to provide an extra service for my clients.
Whereabouts in Reading is your salon based? At the Hilton on the A33?
